Reach Society careers conference events are designed to create high value opportunities for young people to interact with role models from a wide range of professions, employers from public, private and voluntary sectors, and the chance to explore themes which are essential for their future development in our Perfect 10 workshops. In these distinct environments we aim to encourage, motivate and inspire our young people to develop their potential enabling them to make positive transitions into adult life.
More than 11,000 young people have already attended a Reach Society Careers Conference.
The 13th Careers Conference on 8th April 2025 will offer young people aged 13 plus and their parents/guardians an extraordinary opportunity to engage and interact with Black professionals, employers and community groups.
